An adjustment or manipulation is a high velocity, low amplitude force that is specifically applied to a joint to improve the joint's range of motion. This improved neurologic, physiologic, and biomechanical function of the joint.

What is that "crack/pop" you hear?
When the impulse is applied to the joint, the joint quickly gaps creating a space. The space is then filled with nitrogen gas creating the "pop". Nothing is actually breaking, dislocating, or going back into place.
