Environmental toxins are poisonous substances that come from outside of the body. They can be lumped into two categories: chemicals and metals. Toxins in the body come from a variety of sources, but it actually beings while a baby is still in the womb! There have been 287 chemicals detected in umbilical cord blood in newborns. This includes: pesticides, consumer product ingredients, waste materials from burning coal, gasoline, and garbage. 180 of the chemicals found are known to cause caner in humans and animals, 217  are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 208 are shown to cause birth defects to abnormal development in animal tests.

Common symptoms of excessive toxic burden include:

  • Dark circles under eyes
